Friends of the Scituate Animal Shelter

Gentian Garden Club, Inc. was organized in March 1935.  The objectives of the Club are to develop a working knowledge of all phases of gardening, to preserve and protect the environment, to encourage civic planting and to develop the art of flower arranging. 

Membership is open to adult residents of Scituate and adjoining towns.  Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the North Scituate Community House at 7:00 pm, except during summer recess of July and August.  In December and February, meetings are the 1st Tuesday and 2nd Tuesday of the month, respectively.

Members must attend a minimum of 5 meetings per year.  Dues are $20.00 . Interested persons may contact Mimi Cooke at 934-1899 or email Mimi.cooke@cox.net
