USE OF MEETING ROOM AND LIBRARY EQUIPMENT
The library’s meeting room may be used only for library related and library sponsored functions, such as children’s programming, Board meetings, and library programs. The library director must approve any other use in advance, and only requests from local non-profit organizations will be considered. When not in use, the meeting room may be used as a quiet study room by patrons. Groups needing meeting space will be referred to other meeting facilities in the community. Library equipment may be used within the library only, unless that equipment is part of a circulating collection. The director must approve the loan of non-circulating equipment.
