Smithfield High School - Required Book List
Grades 11 and 12 Note: Students will select a book from the following list to fulfill the required book assignment. It has been developed to support a variety of interests and reading levels. During the first week of school students will be asked to write an essay demonstrating their knowledge of the book. It is recommended that each student use the Summer Reading Study Guide while reading this book in preparation for this assignment. As always, parents should review each book before allowing it to be read.
